Trisha was designing homes before she even knew that was a job. At 13, while her family was building their custom home in Siliguri, India, she was already sketching floor plans and imagining how the spaces would come together.

At Harrell, she focuses on permitting and code compliance. It’s not the part of remodeling most people think about, but when it goes wrong, the whole project can grind to a halt. Trisha understands how cities review plans and how to keep projects moving through the system.

Off the clock, she’s a triple threat: singing, dancing, and performing—creative outlets that fuel the focus she brings to her work. At home, she has two very enthusiastic fans: her husband and young son.
