The owners of this townhouse envisioned all 1,840 square feet as canvas for their city-inspired imaginations. Harrell Design + Build combined their vibrant vision with our expertise, transforming outdated spaces into a home with an upscale urban vibe.

Former city dwellers, these homeowners relocated (and downsized) to a peaceful suburban community. Wanting to retain their metropolitan sensibilities when it came to design, style, art, and function, they focused on curating functional spaces filled with refined luxury.

Top on their list: Sleek, urban sophistication and thoughtful organization in every room. Also desired was a dedicated, comfortable, and safe space for their beloved cats to romp, play, snooze, and snack.

Primary Bathroom

From hodge-podge to high-end. Sleek surfaces, undermount sinks, waterfall faucets, and touch-latch Euro-inspired cabinets; every aspect of the primary bathroom is an Uber-modern work of art. Oh, and did we mention: It’s also low-maintenance.

Sleek elegance in a small space. A high-gloss, high-style horizontal wood-grain vanity with touch-latches is eye-catching. The backsplash-to-ceiling mirror adds height and airiness.

Warm and welcoming, the Living Room with its new gas fireplace is ideal for curling up with a good book on a chilly mid-Peninsula morning.
